Eric was here to do our perimeter pest control. I caught him and asked him to look at our recent sugar ant invasion. He went back to the truck and brought in a treatment and advised us what to expect over the next few days as the ants take the bait. Excellent service.

Today I completed your pest control service. First I walked around the house with a web brush removing all visible webs. I then applied a liquid residual treatment to the exterior foundation. I have also replenished the bait in the exterior bait stations which showed moderate feeding activity. This treatment will help eliminate and control general pests activity. Good afternoon my name is Matt and I’ve complete it your quarterly pest service. I started by spraying a liquid treatment all around the foundation walls of your home, across your driveway at the garage doors, Entryways, and first floor windows. This treatment will help keep seasonal and other general crawling insects from the interior spaces of your home. Please allow 10 to 14 days for this treatment to become fully effective. Next I checked exterior bait station, and there was no activity in there. I did remove the old bait and refilled it with fresh bait. Then I came inside to address your ant problem by the back door and molding in kitchen area. I applied dabs of ant bait gel all along depression in threshold. I also put dabs in cracks around the molding by the door, and then where I found a square hole underneath and to the side of one of your kitchen cabinets, where you say any are coming from.
